City of Edwardsville - Online Utility Payments

COMING SOON: New Utility Billing System Being Implemented

The City is in the process of implementing a new billing system. As we prepare for these updates to launch in mid-May 2026, our current online payment system will be temporarily paused as of 4:30 P.M. WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29. Credit card payments also have been paused, Online payments already scheduled to happen before April 29 will be processed normally. E-billing will be possible with the new system, however, until it is in place in the new few weeks, we have paused e-billing enrollment.

Until the new billing system takes effect in mid-May, payments may be made by:

• Check or cash in person in the first-floor Finance Office at City Hall, 118 Hillsboro Avenue, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
• Mailing a check to City Hall (P.O. Box 407, Edwardsville, IL 62025) or placing it in the secure drop-off box on the exterior of City Hall, 118 Hillsboro Avenue
